Thank you for booking your Graduation Mini Photoshoot! I'm excited to celebrate this special milestone with you.
Please review the following session details and guidelines to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
Arrival Time
* Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session time.
* These are back-to-back scheduled sessions, and arriving late may significantly impact subsequent bookings.
* Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation without refund, as other clients are scheduled immediately afterward.
What to Wear
* Wear your graduation attire, including:
* Graduation gown
* Cap (mortarboard)
* Hood or stole (if applicable)
* Formal or semi-formal clothing underneath your gown
* Consider wearing comfortable footwear if walking between photo locations.
* Neutral, solid colors photograph best and complement graduation attire well.
What to Bring
* Graduation cap and gown
* Any academic accessories, cords, medals, or stoles
* Touch-up items (hairbrush, makeup, tissues, etc.)
* Water bottle (especially for outdoor sessions)
* Any small personal items you'd like included in a few photographs (flowers, degree folder, signs, etc.)
Family / Group Photo
* One group photo with your family members, partner, or loved ones can be included during your session. Please ensure everyone arrives on time and is ready when the session begins.
Image Delivery
* Your session includes 8 professionally edited digital images.
* Final images will be delivered within one week of your photoshoot date.
* Additional edited images may be purchased for $10 per image.
Image Usage
* Images captured during the session may be used by the photographer for portfolio, website, and social media content.
* If you prefer that your images not be used for promotional purposes, please notify the photographer in writing before or during your session.
